Saleem practices predominantly in the fields of professional negligence and personal injury, with a particular speciality in defending (i) Construction Professionals and (ii) local authority child abuse claims, Education claims and related Human Rights issues.
He also undertakes a significant amount of general contractual and insurance work, as well as costs specific cases.
He advises and represents clients at all stages and levels of proceedings, whether in court or at mediation and settlement meetings.
His recent cases in 2015/16 have included: representing a local authority in respect of a group action arising out of alleged historic abuse (QBD); representing an architectural firm in respect of a complex contribution claim (TCC) and representing claimants in respect of a severe multiple injuries claim.
