Six mini-pupillages are offered a year, three in June and three in July. They are one week in duration and there is no formal assessment. Please note that we only offer mini-pupillages to university students or graduates.
We try to ensure that mini-pupils spend as much time in court with members of Chambers as possible. This will usually involve an opportunity to read the brief and discuss the case with Counsel beforehand and generally, mini-pupils tackle at least one set of papers during the week. Travel expenses to and from court are reimbursed.
Former Pupil, Thomas Crockett has prepared some brief advice for those who apply to Chambers for mini-pupillage.
